A year has gone quickly. Already, the Bureau invites you to come to Malta for the next annual Assises. We will again meet in a new member state, but I dare say under an old sun. We will be in a place of much history, a proper setting for the meeting of our Association and of you, who have worked to build the European Union. We will have our General Assembly. We will also be able to take advantage of many cultural possibilities. Above all, we will be able to be with friends with whom we have shared much through the years. The details of the arrangements are now here for you to explore. Then we hope very much to see many of you in Malta in 2012.
